How long does it take to migrate to USA as a nurse aide?

Can somebody please explain to me in what part of the process I am now? I already passed NCLEX last Feb 2021. On December 5, 2022, my agency told me that my I-140 was already approved by the USCIS and my papers are already sent to NVC. Last January 17, 2023, I was able to pass my English test and I started to process my Visa Screen also. How long will I still wait before I can go to the US?

Hi how is shearwater modifying it process in this year and beyond with regards to early deployment of nurses. There are so many agents in the Africa market who are working speedly to deploy nurse. I therefore recommend that shearwater improves on their process because alot of nurses in shearwater perceived to be stuck in various stages of the process.
